By placing an order on this website or application, the Customer unconditionally accepts the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These Terms are drafted in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and applicable European consumer protection laws.

Art. 1) Access to the Website

To access the reserved area and place orders through the online catalogue, Users must register an account or may proceed as guest users.
Guest users will not be able to track their orders through a personal account.

Art. 2) Prices

All prices displayed in the catalogue are valid and binding at the time of purchase.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Any price reductions applied after an order has been placed do not entitle the Customer to refunds, price adjustments, or order cancellation.

All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Art. 3) Order Placement and Acceptance of the General Terms of Sale

Orders may be placed directly through the website or application using the available purchasing tools.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is mandatory in order to complete a purchase.

An order is deemed completed only after the Customer has selected a payment method and received order confirmation fromNATURAL YOU SRL.

The Customer may save or print a copy of these Terms and Conditions.

Art. 4) Payment Methods and Invoicing

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card, prepaid card, PayPal account
    Orders are processed immediately.

  • Advance bank transfer
    In this case, the Customer must send a copy of the transfer receipt including the C.R.O. number to NATURAL YOU SRL by email or fax. Procedural details are provided in the confirmation email sent after the order is placed. The order will be processed after payment verification. If proof of payment is not provided, goods will be shipped only after the transfer has been credited. If the transferred amount is lower than due, goods will be shipped only after the missing amount has been paid.

The fiscal receipt included in the package constitutes valid proof of purchase for tax and warranty purposes.
Invoices must be requested at the time of order placement.

Art. 5) Order Processing

Orders are processed on the first working day following confirmation, provided that all items are available.

If one or more items are temporarily unavailable, the order will be processed only once all items are in stock. Partial shipments are not performed.

If an item is permanently unavailable or discontinued, NATURAL YOU SRL will inform the Customer and propose an alternative product.
If the alternative is accepted, the order will be updated accordingly.
If refused, any amount already paid will be refunded.

Art. 6) Delivery, Acceptance of Goods, Non-Collection and Storage

Goods are shipped via courier or postal service.

Delivery times depend on destination and selected shipping method. Shipment confirmation will be sent by email.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the rates applicable at the time of order.

In case of failed delivery due to non-collection, the package will be returned to NATURAL YOU SRL.
The Customer will be refunded the amount paid, minus shipping costs, return fees, and an administrative handling fee equal to25% of the remaining amount, up to a maximum of€30.00.

Customers must inspect the package upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported before accepting the shipment.

If damage is discovered after opening the package, the Customer must notifyinfo@naturalyou.itpromptly, providing order details and photographic evidence. Late claims will not be accepted.

Art. 7) Liability

NATURAL YOU SRL shall not be liable for delays, partial fulfillment, or order cancellation beyond its reasonable control.

NATURAL YOU SRL shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, or non-compliance with product instructions.

Liability transfers to the carrier upon delivery of the goods.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for timely collection of goods.

Art. 8) Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer or distributor, in accordance with applicable law.

Products manufactured by NATURAL YOU SRL are covered by statutory warranty.

Products with expiration dates are guaranteed until the stated expiry date, provided proper storage and use.

Warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or improper storage.

Art. 9) Right of Withdrawal

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and applicable EU law, as described on this website/application.

Art. 10) Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

In case of delivery errors (incorrect or missing items) or damage caused during transport, the Customer must immediately notify NATURAL YOU SRL.

The Customer must send an email toinfo@naturalyou.itspecifying:

  • receipt number and date

  • codes and quantities of missing or damaged items

  • codes and quantities of incorrect items (as shown on the product label or EAN13 barcode)

  • photos of damaged items and packaging, if applicable

The Customer must then wait for instructions from NATURAL YOU SRL.

In the event of incorrect delivery, NATURAL YOU SRL will either replace the items or refund their value via a discount voucher.

In the event of accidental damage recognized as fortuitous, NATURAL YOU SRL will replace the items or refund their value via a voucher or equivalent purchase credit.

Claims submitted more than 24 hours after receipt of the package will not be accepted.

Art. 11)Governing Law and Final Provisions

The sales contract is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

By purchasing through this website, the Customer:

  • implicitly accepts Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 and declares having read the Privacy Policy

  • accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
